About me

Hello, I’m Erin

I’m a counsellor and psychotherapist registered with BACP. I offer a warm, thoughful space for adults who want to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply.

I grew up in a multicultural environment, and it shaped how I think about belonging, and connection long before I trained as a therapist. It’s part of why I’m interested in the many ways people make sense of who they are.

Before training as a therapist, I spent years in research labs studying emotion regulation and how our moods shift day to day. That background gives me a lot of curiosity about how people work, and a commitment to offering therapy that helps. In the room, though, I’m less interested in theory than in you – your story, your space and what matters to you.

Who I work with

My practice is open to everyone. Whether you’re bringing a specific struggle or simply a sense that something in life isn’t working the way you’d like, you’re welcome here.

I have long-standing experience working with LGBTQ+ clients, and I welcome people of all identities, cultures and backgrounds. In the past, I’ve worked with Body & Soul Charity, Choose Therapy and Survivor Space Oxfordshire.
